Membership is free to all students ages 7 to 21 from Bethlehem, Allentown or Easton. A small insurance charge ($25/year) and monthly membership fee ($5/month) is charged to youths from other townships.

In order to participate in any program, workshop or class, each student must apply for membership. All memberships must be approved by the Executive Director.

The application process begins with filling out the online application or completing a print application and mailing it to the organization, care of MEMBERSHIP. At that point, the potential member will receive more information about the programs of StarCross either via mail, email or phone. Each member has to sign up for at least one program, workshop or class in order to complete their membership application, supply proof of residency and complete a parental permission form.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to attend an open house meeting in order to learn more about the programs and the organization as a whole. These meetings will be held regularly and can be found on the calendar.

All members are issued a Member Card which must be shown at all classes, workshops and programs in order to prove membership and as identification. For younger children, parents can present the card on behalf of their child.
